The Process.

  1. First, I work out with you your likes and dislikes. From that I work out a menu, you approve it or make changes.
  2. I then create a shopping list, you do the shopping. (I can do the shopping for you – $45.00)
  3. Together,  we work out  a day that suites and I come around and cook up a storm over (usually 3 to 4 hours). Meals are packed and put in the fridge or freezer.

The Freezing Process

Sometimes people get funny about eating food that’s been defrosted. It has a certain stigma about it not being fresh etc.

I have spent a lot of time cooking for my family (including two picky daughters) and have developed a solid understanding of how to treat foods that need to be frozen down.

SaveThyme Meals that are to be frozen need to be cooked just that little bit different so as to keep the flavour, texture and it’s original good looks in tact.

I do the hard part by cooking the meals so when they are defrosted, you will not be disappointed. All you need to do is the following;

  1. Choose the meal you want the following night.
  2. Take out how many serves you need.
  3. Place in the fridge for at least 12 hours. (Put the meals in the fridge before you go to bed ready for the next night is ideal).
  4. Plate up the meals and reheat as per the printed instructions.
